You crept to the couch where the young man was reading a novel and started to poke him.

"VLAD VLAD VLAD VLAD VLAD VLAD VLAD." you said, punctuating his name with a poke for each time you said it. The Romanian sighed and put his bookmark in his book.

"What is it, (y/n)?" he said exasperatingly. You smiled sweetly and jumped onto the couch next to him.

"Well, you know how you're a vampire?"

"(y/n), how many times do I have to tell you that I'm not a vampire?"

You poked his mouth and pointed the corners of his mouth to reveal a sharp canine. He smacked your hand away. "Hey!" you protested. "I'm not a vampire." he said bluntly.

You rolled your eyes and sang, "Denial~" Vlad sighed. He didn't know how he survived his whole life with you being his best friend. But the two of you were like two peas in a pod and extremely close.

Not that he didn't know you had a huge crush on him since the fifth grade.

"Anyways, I want to learn more about vampires." you said. Now it was his turn to roll his eyes. "And you're asking me this because?" You laughed and poked his side. "Because you're a vampire, silly!"

Vlad couldn't help but to smile slightly at your antics. He loved how your silliness reflected how adorable you were, and your smile was like a lighthouse for him whenever he felt down.

Not that you didn't know he had a huge crush on you since, well, forever.

"Okay," Vlad said, defeated. "Ask away." A giddy smile played on your lips as you jumped up and down in anticipation. "Do vampires drink blood?" you asked, getting straight down to business.

"Yes, I believe so." Vlad said. "I was referring to you." you pointed out. Vlad sighed and decided to play along, knowing you'd pull him in one way or another, sooner or later.

"Yes, I drink blood." Vlad rephrased. You nodded, looking satisfied. "Is it true vampires have no reflection?"

Vlad scoffed. "If I didn't have a reflection, how in the world would I know how gorgeous I am?" he said. You giggled and he smiled.

"Do vampires really turn into bats?"

It took some thought for Vlad to come up with an answer. "Sometimes." he answered. "Finally," you continued. "Are vampires lovers?"

"Oh no, (y/n), don't tell me you're into Twilight." he said standing up from the couch, the color draining from his face. "No," you said rather quietly, joining him up.

"I was referring to you..." you whispered, looking down at your shoes.

Luckily, you had whispered it loud enough so that Vlad could hear. His eyes widened and he looked at you. "Not all vampires, but this one is," he said huskily, tilting your chin up so he could see your (e/c) orbs.

You smiled ever so slightly. "Prove it." He snaked his arms around your waist, pulling you closer to him. "I'll be happy to, (y/n)." he said, grinning a wolfish smile. You smirked, loving his sharp canines.

He brought the space between your lips to a close, and pressed his lips to yours in a sweet manner. You loved how he kissed you--he held you like a priceless jewel, kissed you ever so softly, and even without words, he could tell you he loved you.

Pulling away, he licked his lips in an attractive manner, smirking at you. "Does that answer your question, (y/n)?" he asked. You nodded. "Good, because now I need to ask you some questions." he said.

"Do you have a boyfriend?"

"No.

"Are you free Friday night?"

"Totally."

"Want to be my girlfriend?"

"Absolutely."
